I've been under the impression that just getting...

I've been under the impression that just getting a license, for a car or motorbike, in most of europe is a much harder and costly proposition. So, straight away the value of driving would be higher....

I quit carrying mine on the bike since it didn't seem to register most of the time anyway. Now the system just takes an image of the plate and records the transaction.
