Cheers, I didn't realise it the LED's that get hot...going on my Cree stuff. I assumed they needed high voltage and it was the step up that generated the heat.

Have a look at the SE one, I cut the tab off so I can remove the clutch jet. TBH I doubt you'll have any issues, check at an oil change....

As said, remove the sprocket, clean the counter shaft with a soft wire brush.The red oxide that builds up is harder than the metal and acts like an abrasive. Grease the splines and tighten to 100nm.

Not the end of the world, once you've stripped the bike down you can check alignement of the swing arm, frame to front forks. Careful removing bolts as stuff is going to spring.

Yeh, the plate fits flat mating the surfaces. The bush/spacer is inside the centre stand pivot point..its about 40mm long. Washer goes on the M10x65.

Next time you're doing a valve check, no harm in re-torquing head to spec.

See pydons engine build, cavitation/wear at the base of cylinder/case. I guess its up to you if you feel you're loosing...

Don't lay the bike on its side, change filter whilst on side stand, you wont lose much oil and any crap around the filter will flush out.

Order yourself an OEM, the lc8's do not like restrictive filters. Lay the bike on its side and change....that would be my first process of elimination.
