Mike, just carry a 13mm wrench with you when you leave. Break in is important to many and shouldn't be skipped. The Pazzo wont hurt anything and makes no real difference in distance for the purpose...

I would recommend double checking install, I've not heard any noise on any of the versions I have run either. My Z Start Pro on my 450 EXC has a squeal when it is cold, but nothing from the F8GS.
