They'll give you a new cylinder with argoshield or whatever in it but they will not fill a tank with a gas other than what it is rated for. Cylinders and valves are not all the same.

Let it stand for an hour to let any liquid acetone run out and clear itself out of the valve. Doesn't matter if the tank was on its side for a minute or a day, all you're doing is clearing the valve...
