Most towns/cities of any size have a hydraulic supply house that can make up custom hoses or brake lines. I just measured what length I needed at full extension and had one made up. Cost about $50....

Lots of motorcycle hand grips seem too small and these are no different. A cheap and fairly easy way to make them bigger is to use bicycle grips cut into 1/4" wide rings stretched over the originals....
