Same here, I still find my speedo off by 14%. (corrected with speedo healer) I have always run 13/46 and have never gone lower, may have to try 47 if I ever wear out my SuperSprox rear sprocket!

Extra camel back bladder

I found it just as easy to take along an extra 3L bladder from one of my camel backs. I use this water for cooking etc. as I carry another 3L in my Geigerrig 1200 hydration pack....

I like mine on. I have over 21k miles on my 2012 triple black and it has been no problem at all. Well over half of my miles are off road too.

+1 Have been using this oil (Walmart) since new. Good quality oil and of course is GL5 rated as called for in the manual. I use it in the tranny too.

What you do is put in regular, start and ride. No problem unless you want to run 90mph down the interstate. Get premium on the next stop. Just not a problem with a little common sense.

I do mine before mounting but it wouldn't matter. The sipping tool is adjustable for depth and you of course can get any width you want too.
Mine is a 110v hand held that is easy to use....
