I`ve got the same problem
The problem is the fuel pump who feeds the carburators too much. You must change it to an other brand, to cure the problem.

I have a simple solution that works for me, try to losen your tripple clamp and rice your forks about 15mm. up in the tripple clamps. Makes your bike more steady at high speed.
It worked on my 950...

no more wobbling
I lowered my front end 20-15mm on my 950SE and it got rock solid on high speed driving.
Maybe the front end lifts up to much in high speed driving, and makes the bike unstable.
