I have a Gnalrly on my 200exc and I found that the mounting was just a little off. I can't tell how far off the clearance is but you could undo your motor mounts and see if you have some wiggle room...

With the exception of body plastics, parts are no harder to find than any other 90's Honda...ie, Tucker Rocky and Parts Unlimited have plenty of oem stuff available and ebay always has parted bikes....
