You should be able to see a spring number stamping on the spring itself. Might be hard to see on the bike though. I believe the stock spring number was 140nm for the rear. 52nm for the front.

Actually, probably easier to keep the ESA shocks and put them back on when selling the bike. It will be stock and have all the fancy electronics working that most purchasers would be looking for....
