Do you know what the riding conditions are like in Chicago in Dec, markh ass? I know John and Mike and they made the right choice given the weather and the amount of time they had to do the trip.

you boys appear to be right.i had a look at the fuel pump controller and it is all corroded to crap...it must be the problem..i'll post back more as i procede..thanks for the help

So I bought a 06 gs and was riding and not familar with the gas gauge it sputtered to a stop, it still showed an 1/8 a tank i thought.. I thought it ran out of gas so i topped up the tank and it wont...
