They are great for engine protector's for RT's. Not for hard core off roading. No knock against Z Technic, they are a great company. My experience is they can't hack GS repeated nappy times.

If the Boxer motor back fires-watch out

Purchased a 99r1100rt from an estate sale. The motor backfired on the way home. The sight glass blew out partially, after the back fire. A good through tune cured my back fire issue.

A) adjust the valve's
B) sync the TB's.

A) Ramp appeal side by side, R1100GS is the better looking bike :evil.
