:deal I put a Sargent seat on my 2009 Wee Strom. It's a huge improvement over the pos that came on the bike. I'm 5'7" tall with a 29" inseam. Good luck.

First Year Teething Issues.
I had a march 2004 build 2005 R1200GS for 1 year. I wanted to love the bike, but I had numerous trips to the dealer for warranty issues that made me lose faith. I'd never buy a first year BMW again....

I ride a 2009 Wee Strom, and if I were to ride 2 up, the 100o would be my pick. The 650 is "OK" solo (IMHO). Good luck.

When I lived in Florida I rode year round. Been in NW Washington for 13 years, and it's a chore/dangerous to ride year round here. IMHO the OK time of year to ride here is from May through October....

Tubes Suck!
If tubes bug ya, then walk away. Tubeless is the way to go on a street bike. I like the look of lace wheels, but tubes are a deal killer for me. YMMV.

I just rode florence,Oregon to astoria 2 weeks ago. Pacific city was awesome camping and peican bay brewery was awesome! Traffic on 101 was brutal. It took us 3.5 hours from pacific ity to astoria....
