I know I sound like a broken record, but I would highly recommend the Bridgestone Trailwing TW21 and TW22. Good both on and off road, and excellent longevity.

Since you will be riding on the street a lot I would recommend the low front fender. People seem to be polarized on it's looks, but for me it has been one of the best mods.

I feel like the TW21 doesn't wear ever! For some reason it also handles cupping very well. I guess the TW21/22 being designed for the Honda Transalp means they're built for long distance.
