I dunno, that sounds pretty rough. Those bikes are worth around 1000 when they're really nice, unless you're just looking for a project I'd hold out for a nicer one.

If that bike came from the US, it definitely had a kickstarter. I'm thinking if you remove that cover, the shaft will be there. Why someone removed the kickstarter, I don't know.

The lost class of bikes that were in the 300cc to 600cc range. I went from a 125 to a 250, then a 400, and then a 750. Nowadays you have to skip the 400.
