I believe it's a Mags Bags

It looks like the same bag I have. You can find it at Magsbags.com. I have the weatherproof one and as long as you take the time to seal the seams it keeps everything nice and dry.

Sorry I didn't get some of your bikes in the design. Getting the right contrast, position and scale limits the photos that will work.
