I want to think there'd be a big demand for lower brackets with stock like rubber mounts which do not reduce high center clearance. Even 1" down and 1" back is much more comfortable if you're taller....

Odd, that inter seal does not appear on the parts diagram link I just posted above -- Perhaps an earlier model, pre '96? Does this inter seal get worn, leak and need to be replaced?

Seat Height vs Leg Room

The bike can be nose bleed high, BUT the distance from the top of pegs to the top of the seat is what dictates how cramped your legs will be. I've never sat on a Sertao, but I have been on a 650 GS...
