People ride in that area all the time. Mostly just doing wheelies up and down the road next to the power plant. The cops seem to leave them alone most of the time.

I have a ZRX1100 with a turbo setup on it. It can run 10lbs of boost on pump gas. I'm guessing it makes about 190hp (its been dynoed at 17 lbs of boost on race gas, made 250hp)....
