I have the Powercore 4 and don't have any problems or complaints with it. It's not really that loud like some people say. The Q4 is just a bit quieter. The powercore has a nicebark when you open up...

Nope not at all. The heat shield doesn't get hot enough to melt the strap. I guess if you were really concerned about it a piece of heat wrap or something around the strap might ease your worries.

I haven't seen any leaks. The radiator looks ok. It's like when the bike gets warm it just slowly vents and fills the overflow bottle up and then pisses some out the overflow tube.
