More testing results

Carried out a few more tests today and here are the results

Charging system rate at 3000RPM (high beam lights on) = 14.15v
All cables and connections secure and clean.
Battery (new) no load test...

Ok... So I've followed snobums bench test procedure for the relay to isolate it from the bike's 12V circuit and to my surprise the new relay (incl mods) seems to work fine.

Wierd hey... Old relay...
