Question Wolfman expedition duffel mounting question.

I did a search and read through a bunch of threads but couldn't figure out how the duffels attach to the bike. Do they come with mounting straps or is it up to you to find a solution that works for...

Does the seller have the title? If he does it shouldn't matter where it's from. You can register a vehicle in CA with no title but the registration will say it's non-transferable - I've done this...
