I could weld cast aluminum. Probably take me an hour to clean it,tack it, groove it, clean it, weld it and trim if needed. That would be $70.00. No big deal.

I figure on running one length of filler before an air cooled torch gets too hot. AC or DC. Anything more than that, a water cooled torch is the way to go. Now your only limit is the welder.
