repalced airbox.
bad backfire into right cylinder intake.

Nah the rubber o rings where stretch to ungodly tollerance. dont think the valves are sticking open, the backfires gone, but i dont know what the ticking noise is though.

Ok set the idle dead on and sync'd the tb's, it runs/rides well and idles without stalling, dont even need choke on cold start to keep it running... and the backfire into the intake is all gone.

Soooo the bike was overfull with oil and ran for a few minutes... drained back to normal, but its smoking like mad, doesnt like to run at low rpm as you really have to give it gas, and its spitting...
