loosen the nut on the shifter and rotate it, it raises quite a bit making room for those of us with big feet.

You have that right, I rented a 1600 in weisbaden last july and spent two weeks in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and back into Germany. The German roads are amazing.

I wonder at the choice of orange lettering on the olive bike. I saw a new blue GSAW the other day and it looked very sharp, I liked the colour more then I thought I would from the pictures.
