The two buck NGK plug will go 20,000 miles in most bikes.

If the bike has a little rust in the gas tank the carb jets a plugged again. I once cleaned the carb on a thumper 10 times before I finally installed an inline filter and solved the problem.

Aftermarket seals generally don't work well. I would use O.E.M. or that seal from original manufacturer. I would replace 'em both. Never Leak = Always Leak.

I run my tubes over 30,000 and them carry 'em for spares. I don't have any flats and use the cheapest tubes I can find, generally BikeMaster or IRC.

Use this as an opportunity to get an aftermarket stainless steel line. No trick other than having to bleed a dry line. Leave the bottom off until you get fluid through.
