Eastern OR does look nice. It's cool that it's within a day of the coast. The weather sounds less humid than VA. July and Aug it's nothing for us to have triple digit heat indexes.

I see there are folks who take pride in what they have. The cost of living, sticker issues, (I ride a 2-stroke) and real estate prices take CA off the list. It does look nice though.
