Great lightweight cases

I've used a set of these as side cases for years. Lighter than the Pelicans or aluminum but easier to use than soft bags. Pretty good. Not great like I said, but pretty good. Cheers

Get two, They're small.

I was faced with the same question as you. In the end I just had to get one of each. ( a 2005 KLR and a 2009 KLE also an XS for a project) I find my KLE to be smooth as silk and dang it's fast. (to...

It was a pleasure to meet some of you all. What a great spot. Next year I'll bring some camping gear, beverages and a bike with knobby tires. Cheers, Brynn ( the fella on the green Versys )

Thanks

Thanks for the great pics and post. The folks in law's farm is just down the road near Sumas and the Sis in law's place is over in Okanogan. There has got to be a road trip in there somewhere. Cheers

Thanks and I agree

I did buy a V-strom 650 to add to the stable and between the two bikes I think I have the perfect combination.....if such a thing exists.

In my opinion just one bike to do it all is way too much...

Speedometer Error

Is there a general consensus on the accuracy of the Versys' speedo? (as measured by GPS, police radar, CIA drone, etc.) The KLR is off by 5 mph at nearly all speeds except zero. Thanks and Cheers

I'm thinking about making a run at a 2009 Versys with 5800 miles. The guy wants $4400 . Needs tires, has GIVI luggage, looks clean and stock in the pictures. Any thoughts? Cheers

Quite a set up

Observed the set up as I left work this afternoon. Combined with the Cascade Gran Fondo it's going to be quite a show. I will likely be there but traveling by "cage". Have fun. Be safe. Cheers
