Yup, same thing happened to my '07 Sherpa. Greasing the speedo fixed the "singing", but I missed the alignment and ended up having my pickup ground to pieces. Check the reassembly carefully!

Updating the Super Sherpa with a Buell headlight mod. I cringed at sacrificing the fairing, but it seems to be working out. It's held together with twist ties until I fabricate a proper mount.
