A 1" submount and the stock height bar clamp is the shortest you can go without the handlebar hitting the top of the steering damper. I would recommend getting rid of the Rox risers and using my 2"...

I am sure they will but I don't know why you would use the Rox Risers. The submount kits are available with a 1" or 2" rise built in when using the stock barclamps.

Minimum rise is 1". I can do the bars mounted in the rear position on the 2" submount. On the 1" the bars hit the damper in the rear position.
