Regarding where to get the lines, if the bike is rideable I'll bet there is someplace local that makes brake lines. If you ride to their shop it's possible they can fix you up...

On the gen-2 I think the only way to put hwy pegs on would be to mount them on the Givi engine guards since there is no frame in that area.
