I'd be interested to hear how it works out for you if you go to HID. I have an R1150RT the I love the HID headlight on. Did the same thing with my R1150 GSA low beam. Was very happy with that one...

The only reason that i preferred the GSA

was that i thought the wind-coverage was better than on the GS. Of course, in the warm (read HOT) weather, that doesn't matter.

thanks to Jim at EB. I ordered a bunch of them, including the in-line fuse holder. I think that i use the 18-20GA for my wiring. easy to use, and no issues so far. :clap
