No, question I'd be pulling the cam caps to inspect them before even starting the bike. Burning oil is one thing. Damaged cam caps is completely another...if damaged your are effectively DOA.

Garage floor epoxy was from ucoatit.com In this garage I didn't do the clear coat....

Depends on what racks you use, how you mount them and how you fill your bag. On my dirt bike I can feel a difference but the KLR and S10 it doesn't matter.
