LC4 Bar Mount Upgrade Question

The stock bars on my LC4 640 is a 7/8, I want to upgrade to a 1 1/8. bar. Apparently this is standard on newer models. Will the bar mount from a newer KTM fit my 2000 Enduro?

Just swapped out my front sprocket on my F800 for 15T. Only one problem, I don't now the proper torque setting. If you happen to know what it is, please let me know.
