Thanks. I actually found that diagram googling for info on it. I'm not able tell if it indicates the blue collared wire is even part of the Centech panel or what I should do with it in general.

I've not tried the Saddleman. I have the Cee Bailey liners. I really like them. We use them even when not traveling by motorcycle. They're just nice bags. But they're about $50 per bag instead...
