Why not a strip of pipe Teflon around the tread? No reason to clean the grease out and it will stay in there for the next service.:freaky

try to increase the Idle RPM

Try to set the Idle 50-100 RPM higher. Its lean ignition:wink: in most cases.

I did the swing arm front bearings, drive shaft and FD bearing. Everything is back in with new grease. Now what is the best Curse word to get the front below boot onto the transmission flag?...

Puke Open bearings

:ear Since the bearings are open in the back, I can only see that a lot of grease is pumped into the swing arm. Even with the lube holes cross drilled, it will end up outside and Inside.

just did my FD

Did my fd and all bearings look and feel like new. Drive shaft splines fine and new grease. And the clutch slave got new grease to.

No shoulder

As you see the shoulder is missing, the shear from a (Brake rotor) will work right into the thread where the OD is smaller.

HID vs LED

Pros:
HID is a better visible light (Light color)compare to LED, to the human eye.
Power much less then Halogen, not as much as LED. (Still better than Original):ear

Cons: longer Igniting time...

Did 100 mile dirt/pavement =80% dirt/20 % pavement. No need to air down. we went to rocks, sand and sharp fixed rocks. To get a puncher at this sharp rocks cost you more time.:wink:

Hydraulic oil

It is a Hydraulic unit and any Floor jack oil will do it. I use Shock absorber oil.
