That 3rd pic, page 1940, shows a round spacer with a slot to fit around the shock tube. It's reversrible to adjust ride height - at least on the dr650.
Does it work that way on the 350?

does the brake line rise higher than the master cylinder? maybe air trapped in that high area? Try taking the m/c off the hanglebar and elevating it. Any air will move to the m/c and should flush...

Seems happy at 65, dunno the revs as we don't get rev counters out...

I think you're down to a different multimeter. 200k as far as I understant (about 3/8 inch) means 200,000 ohms. The book says, Tester knob indication x 1 ohm range, for CDI unit
