20 hp and 320 pounds or less is a slow bike.

Does not really count if its a slow bike on the track, or a 500 pound bike.

I think they CAN go through a tight turn faster then something big and heavy, and with a lot less effort, so they kind of encourage going...

If you can go 100 mph in a flash, you can get in trouble in a flash, excessive speed is very easy and cars do not expect it.
