With a leak detector, no problem.Without one you can only look for obvious signs of oil that would escape with it if it is major leak. You may be able to rent a detector at some auto parts stores.

They provide filtered air to the top side of the vacuum diaphram on the carb slide. Perhaps over oiling of the foam or too dense of a foam is resticting the air flow.:scratch :scratch
