and its a simple task, i'd not overlook it. added benefit of inspecting more of the stuff you dont see & take for granted. in my experience, you'll find plenty of things that need attention.

i've rode many years on huge street machines, a few years on big-bore enduros & now am happy riding a 350 trailbike....

i'm trying marvel mystery oil in the fuel, as someone mentioned here.
(possible stuck the oil ring) should MMO only be used as a fuel additive?
is there a benefit to using this for oil additive?

i swapped out the BST for TM recently.
is a lighter-pull throttle return spring available?
otherwise, the old carb starts, idles, operates & pulls well & predictably.
