So H3 is not a real H3?

I just bought a H3 and H7. Maybe I need to return H3?

The Africa Twin is not exactly the same

Same design, though. The pipes are slightly larger. It is known to be the weak point of the ATs.
For the vacuum pump followers: Isn't it a little difficult to start when spend the night in low...

Airtex has no check valve.

You will have to turn the petcocks off every evening since there is no check valve installed, but a great alternative in an emergency.

I do not see why a proven solution is a "me too" internet...

Yes it is

As far as you have a piece of wire and maybe a magnet to remove all the clutch rings. The fibers do not seem to have any difference on their sides. Steel discs, we usually follow the manual. No need...

The capacity is not needed only to power gadgets and electrically warming clothing.

The battery, after starting your bike, operation where large CCA is very important, needs to charge again. Lifepo4 batteries have very low internal resistance. If they are left depleted they will...

To all Battery guys

I think it is time to drop the fake Pbequal capacity moumbojumbo Shorai started and start showing real battery capacity. That could initially hurt your sesells as clients will have to buy larger,more...

I suggest you tackle this issue as well, just in case and remove this out of the equation.

Internal BMS?

How about the big Shorai FX36? or Antigravity YTX12-24? do they have BMS. And another question: Does BMS protect the battery from overdischarging, and overcharging?

So is the Antigravity YTX12-24 suitable for our bikes?

It seems it suits our needs, holding 14Ah. Dimensions seem to be small enough. Is it our ideal LiFePo4 battery?

If the instrument pannel is dead, then you are pointed to the main starter relay.

They tend to get bad after a while. This is a common visible failure:http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u441/gefrago/starter%20relay/pyns_corroded_starter_relay_zps9d3aada4.jpg

I remember there was a talk about replacing the rivets.

I don'y know if it is too expensive. Taping the brads looks to me like a nice solution and can be repeated.

The Dr Bean solution is much cheaper than the new pump that was discusswd lately.

Also Dr Bean's circuit is properly put together and mounted, while the Mosfet sticking out in the air is very flimpsy IMHO. But whatever rocks your boat...

Well I can see the last fiber disc misplaced.

I do not know if that will solve your problem, since a friend had the opposite, slipping effect with your setup, but for the sake of correctness, you need to turn the outer fiber disc one notch off...

There is the DrBean's mod out there, cheaper and more reliable. Why reinventing the wheel? and a polygon one?

I think the R/R plays a role on how hot the stator gets.

If it dumps too much power it warms up too much and also gets the stator too hot to the point to burn. That is common on the BMW 800GS as I read.

One idea

In the parts Microfiche they do not show as revised items. They are described as M6X16. Yours are M6X20 ? Could it be they are not OEM and that is why the deep threads are damaged?

I think the spacers at the axle where positioned differently on 990Adv in comparisson to 950Adv.

The breather is there to allow some ventilation of the fumes, generated when the points burn. Some pressurization of the space inside the fuel pump will occur, as fuel sucked in the inlet chamber...

A dealer should do this TSB for you for free.

So maybe you should have this done and see what happens after that. Production years may be deceiving unless you check them through your VIN number.
