Since you have the POD mod ,which may be flowing more air than the stock setup,you may have to add more fuel,maybe try dropping to 13.2 afr and see how it reacts.

I'm running around the 13.2 mark...

Also check the fuel pressure regulator.if its a vacuum type there should be no fuel in the hose
