BTW the Motorvation frame clamps are excellent. We use a variation of them with Mary's blessings. Note that you can manipulate how they are mounted if need be by putting the eyenut on the cross bolt...

Reset the toe like you said and things should be okay. Be sure to measure toe in using the rear and sidecar tire only. Measure just in front of the front tire and just behind the rear tire.

Why not use a trailer hub ,spindle and wheel? If your Monza was an early one it had a 10" wheel and the 12" will work with the 4.80 tire. Do you have a steel fender on your Monza?
