From what I can establish, Suzuki do list one (just not for the DR650) , as Part number 32150-05D00 which superseded Part number 32160-27C00 and it came off many of the earlier RMs and RMXs.

Before installing an FCR MX carby, I ran a small K & N type filter like you have and used the K & N filter oil on it. It was fine, carby stayed clean but nothing beats regular cleaning and oiling.

No, I don't know the size unfortunately. My FCR MX doesn't have an adjustable fuel inlet but showandgo should be able to help you with the ones you need.

It's from the D650se manual but it could be wrong. Not sure. Haven't looked that closely at it and haven't had the need to use it. I usually take photos and make diagram when I disassemble things.

Yep. The rider got trapped under the car and dragged for 20metres or so. Wouldn't have been pretty, poor guy. Obviously made a big mistake that cost him his life.
