As far as I know the Heidenau K60 rear and front tire is made in Germany and designed for T800 tubeless. I took my bike on a dirt road for over 30 miles at 40-50mph speed during my travel to Canada....

For the clutch switch I tap straight to ECM #A32 diagram(Black/Orange).:evil You dont need the tach wire, for brake swtich I made relay to connect the violet wire.

I had the bike for a year and I did most of the service using dealertools. I never encountered any of the problems you mentioned. In the future maybe, but I'm very pleased with it so far. :evil
