I got pulled over coming down Little Cottonwood canyon for not having BOTH hands on the handle bars. He said it was illegal but used to ride (trying to be my buddy) so he let me off with a warning....

Nope

I dont balance my TKC's or my rear tourance or anakees. I do balance my front tourance and anakees because I ride a lot two-up with camping gear and I think it makes a difference at high speeds.
