Baby oil is best for breaking in a new bike, and olive oil works well for Guzzis and Ducatis. Car tires are ok on Harleys, because they're not meant to go around corners anyway.

My BSA 441 had 28 h.p., but it only weighed 288 lbs. I remember it being quite peppy. I've ridden several RE Bullets, and they're pretty sluggish. My Moto Guzzi 750 was fast in comparison.
