if your e going with the more radical cams ... you might want to consider the wiseco 10.25 piston for your setup ... as the cam overlap will actually lower your compression pressure in the cylinder...

What your describing and what I see in the photo suggests lots of moisture or water infiltration ... Two points to make ... I've seen cheap oil behave that way ... Your blow by seems excessive ......
