Put two nuts on there, and tighten one against the other as tight as you can. Then, you should be able to put a wrench on the one closest to the head...

That's not entirely true. The margin on Buells isn't nearly as high as on the H-D side. My guess is that he probably has well over $8500 into the bike.

The tendency for Buells to stand up in corners under braking (more than some other bikes) is due to the aggressive suspension geometry. It can been significantly reduced by adjusting the suspension....
