Has anyone read what's changing in the 2014 models? Supposedly they'll be here in another month.

I have one on mine. It was there when I got the bike, but no markings on it for identification. Given the other things the previous owner put on the bike, I would guess Wunderlich.

Just make sure you're happy with the close ratio gearbox. I found this to be lousy on the street. If all you're doing is connecting trails it's fine, but might be an issue if you are riding to the...

I like that in general, and maybe the gussets will handle the load, but I would personally feel much better if some supports came off the hitch area, and wrapped around to the passenger peg mounts. ...

I don't agree with that. A lot of guys with GSs are fanatical about maintinance, regardless of the mileage. Also, a 19K bike isn't even really broken in. I've test ridden a couple of 60K bikes...

Depends on which bikes we're talking about. The stock 1200 seat on my 90 GSA was fine, and I never had an issue with it for thousands of miles.

The 1150 GSA seat is a board, and sucks in the...

I've only lost one bulb in a set of 520s in a bunch of years of riding with them. At one time, I even had two sets of 520s on a bike (I know, I know...), they just kept going.

If you aren't going offroad, then throw some Pilot Roads on there. Stickiest tire you can get for an adv bike, and very neutral feeling as well. Made my GSA loose 100lbs.

In my heart, I want the best all arounder to be the KTM 500EXC. Street legal without hassles, power for days, light enough to take on any single track, etc. Sure, it needs a new seat for longer...
