you can add some small 'tabs or loops' on the top and bottom on the inside of the racks, and thread a pac safe security cable lock through those and the loops on the bags to help with shifting...

I flushed and bled my brakes about a year or so ago and the pressure in the front held solidly until a few days ago, now the front brake lever is mush. I can squeeze to the throttle, no leaks at all....
