Installed 13/50 sprockets. Seems like first gear speed cut in half. I love it. Much more manageable in tight/slower stuff.

I agree.

The bike was sitting 10+ years under a make shift lean-to. Floor was dirt ground.

I should note that this bike is an all time sidecar rig...so brakes are most important.
